Below I will show a post game analysis if you knew these team-compositions before the gamestarted. What team do you think would win?
This rework was outlined by the devs see here , but I want to go into a little more detail to show how those changes have affect game strategy. Starship Command The biggest change is that the starship command operates more like that barracks or factories, where each starship now has a different unit capacity instead of each starship being the same size. For example, with the old Level 7 starship command, you could hold 6 X-Wings.
Now, the same starship command has an 18 unit capacity, but each X-Wing is 4 units, so you can only hold 4 X-Wings. X-Wing Starfighter X-Wing The X-Wing is a generalist starship, but it has been nerfed in its splash radius and in its effectiveness against certain targets. Turrets You used to be able to knock out 4 tightly clustered turrets at once with an X-Wing. A direct hit on a single turret will take it out completely. Headquarters This is where the X-Wing got the biggest nerf. You used to be able to take out the HQ with 3 X-Wings half your total capacity.
The cost stayed pretty close to the same, if not a little cheaper than before. The increased training time makes it quite prohibitive to use the X-Wing, especially if you plan on taking out a HQ with them. Conclusion The X-Wing is still the most effective at taking out resource vaults, and for that reason alone it would be worth it to keep one handy. I might have to start having one in my starship command.
Also, the name of this Game Update is a bit concerning. Drivan The 3rd ops boss and it has only taken them about a year! At this rate there will be a second operation by the end ! These people are pathetic. Drivan So 5 bosses, released 1 at a time finished by giving them the benefit of the doubt here lets say July.
When a 36 outlander gets 1 shot by an eye beam they can’t contribute anything. Furthermore, running around the map looting is not contributing. I would love to see any 36 perform with any reasonable efficiency in a 64 mission. They can’t hit anything, they can’t take any hits, and they fall over at the first site of a mob. If he was 46, maybe. The game has a severe flaw that allows you to either select a mission or use play with others to gain access to much higher levels than you should be.
If you are on level 46 missions, that’s the highest that you should see, period. If a friend wants to bring you higher, that’s up to them. At no time, whatsoever, should someone almost 30 levels below the zone be allowed to enter on their own. You want to play with people 30 levels lower, that’s on you. Especially ones that are taking up a slot just so they can farm higher level materials.
That’s too bad because the people on my friends list I met in games.
If it’s only purpose Is to match people against those of a similar strength, why is it being used instead of something that takes your ship level, and someone’s general item rarity and level, and uses it to match up against people with similar strength? I don’t know if you played before the last update with the mk system. We as players asked to have an Infamy range for each ship.

No, I’m not talking about skills, I’m talking about attitude. They have the worst attitude and NEVER see that they have made a mistake and not the other person, but will go on blaming you for their shitness. If you kill someone, it will be a kill steal, even though they don’t deserve an assist for it just getting a single AA on the target.
But it’s a kill steal. Any trolls you see in the game, you should simply report them. Write a fucking report on them.
